Lorna Nakell is a professional painter who lives and works in Portland, Oregon. She has studied at Otis/Parsons School of Design and received her BFA from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA. She has been exhibiting regionally and nationally for 13 years. Currently, she is represented by Beppu Wiarda Gallery in Portland, OR. Lorna has taught demonstrations and workshops at DIY Lounge in Portland, OR, Daniel Smith Art Store and the Wonder School in Seattle, WA. She is well versed in many materials including acrylic, oil, pastel, charcoal, pencil, gouache and collage. She also has proven experience with artist administration and marketing.
